Project – The Future of Leadership Development
I am looking for partners who are interested in creating a new generation of tools to develop leaders. Specifically I want to partner with internal HR folk who are trying out innovative methods for developing busy leaders.
I am looking for people from two groups:
– Traditional leadership development powerhouses (GE, Proctor and Gamble, IBM etc)
– Silicon Valley companies (who want to try new disruptive approaches)
