How to Introduce Vertical Development to Your Organization (Infographic)

Over the last 10 years I have worked with dozens of practitioners who wanted to introduce Vertical Leadership Development  into their organizations. Many had approached me because they were excited by the concept but worried that their organization would experience organ rejection. Others felt browbeaten because they had already tried to introduce these ideas and been met with blank stares. “Where”, they wanted to know, “should I start?”

I’ve now introduced Vertical Development to a lot of organizations so have learned what works and what doesn’t. I’ve boiled the intro down to a 3-step process that seems obvious to me in hindsight. But it took me a lot of pain to get to obvious!
